
But a defiant Pyongyang is rejecting the resolution which imposes a ban on its textile exports and capping its imports of crude oil.
And it continues to talk tough, singling out the United States which it says would soon face the “greatest pain” it has ever experienced.
Well, U.S. disarmament ambassador Robert Wood says the Security Council resolution sends a very clear message to pyongyang that the international community would no longer put up with its provocative behaviour.
